SOLIDWORKS Part Reviewer: Split Part Shell Tutorial

Split Part Shell: To begin, the lip is modeled first to control the outer dimensions and establish the parting line for the part. The Surface Extrude establishes the various strata in the floor of the tool pocket. Storage pockets are added for accessories. The kiss-offs will join the two sides of the blow-molded part to make the part more rigid.
