“Manufacturing’s New Math” is the cover story for Compass magazine. My colleague, Rachel sat down with me last week to show me the latest articles in business, research, society, education and industry.

Compass does not focus on any one particular brand like SolidWorks, CATIA, or Simulia, but rather the magazine deals with issues that affect industry, government or education.

Educators are always asking me for great resources for their classroom. Education goes beyond the commands to manipulate software and the engineering design process. Articles in Compass allow instructors to stimulate student conversations on today’s issues.
