SWW15 Session Preview: David Bazinet’s Sheet Metal for Everyone!
SOLIDWORKS World 2015 features more than 200 sessions led by design and engineering experts. These sessions will bring you up to speed on the latest SOLIDWORKS features as well as give you the best training to make the most of what 3D CAD has to offer. Over the next few weeks, we’ll preview a number of sessions that you’ll want to include on your calendar.
Today we’re going to preview a #SWW15 session from David Bazinet titled, “In-Context Sheet Metal for Everyone.” That’s right, not just for some of you. For all of you. Bazinet has been a SOLIDWORKS user for over 14 years, bringing 13 years of industry experience to CADD Edge where he is a Senior Applications Engineer. If your work includes creating sheet metal parts, Bazinet’s presentation will provide you with new ways to get the job done.
Session Description: During this session, you will take a new slant on the traditional method of creating sheet metal parts: learn how easily you can create panels to cover frame weldments using in-context modeling methods! Marvel at how easily changes are applied to our panels once the frame changes shape!
What You Can Expect: To discover how much faster and efficient you can be creating detail parts by leveraging the power of your assemblies – all while maintaining design intent.
When: Tuesday, February 10, 2015
Time: 2:45 PM – 3:45 PM
