SOLIDWORKS Part Reviewer: Housing with Complex Filleting Tutorial

Housing with Complex Filleting: The housing is modeled in half with the intention to mirror the body to create the other half at the end. The side face is deleted as the first step in modeling the ‘swoosh’ detail in the top of the housing. This new face establishes the end contour of the ‘swoosh’ detail in the top of the housing. The faces are knit to ensure there are no microscopic gaps that will cause problems when creating the upper part of the ‘swoosh’.
