Green Initiatives in Engineering featured in Good Magazine

SolidWorks 2012 Sustainability

How green are the products we teach young engineers to design?

Paper or plastic or your own bag?  A question you get in the grocery store.

I am fortunate that my colleague Asheen is not only the sustainability product manager for SolidWorks but he is also the EDU Product Manager.  Asheen makes me think about how we design the education products.  In his spare time he is also a professor and teaches about sustainabilty in engineering design.  Asheen is featured this week in Good Magazine.    This online magazine is a good resource for your students in the enviromental section and for you in the educator section.    Marie
