SolidWorks Sustainability Lecture at WPI

End of life
I was fortunate to present to Professor Fred Hart's civil and environmental engineering students at WPI last week.  The lecture was recorded and I would like to share with you.  The Powerpoint presentation is also attached.  Today I will be judging the Sustainable design poster competition at WPI. With SolidWorks Sustainablity you can perform Life Cycle assessment on a part or assembly based on the material and manufacturing process you select, where you procure your raw material, and the location of use of the product.  SolidWorks Sustainability will then determine carbon footprint, energy use, air and water effects.   SolidWorks Sustainability will also allow you to compare materials based on their properties.  Marie
