Students: It’s World Engineering Day with 3DEXPERIENCE

March 4, 2020 is World Engineering Day for Sustainable Development  created by United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO).  Dassault Systèmes is very pleased to be a partner of this 24H LIVE UNESCO event, celebrating engineers and engineering students all around the world.  We created a special space to show case opportunities for students to participate from March 4 – March 13, 2022.

As the world’s largest science and engineering company with a mission to create a sustainable world, DASSAULT SYSTEMES shares our latest technology with students in creative, humanitarian, challenges and projects.

The 3DEXPERIENCE platform is the foundation behind our sustainability mission.  This technology platform combines the technology from brands like SOLIDWORKS, CATIA, SIMULIA and DELMIA with new cloud only apps like xDesign and xShape and connections to native windows desktop applications.

Follow the Green Turtle project to learn how students are making a difference in the world.  Designed with SOLIDWORKS, the trash-tracking robot is swimming to clean up harbors.

Are you ready to make a difference in the world for millions of children and adults that require a low cost hand prosthetic?  Then participate in the Arm4All student challenge and receive 3DEXPERIENCE SOLIDWORKS for Students.

There are more great challenges and contests using the 3DEXPERIENCE platform and its applications for Formula SAE, Formula Student, FIRST Robotics, Project of the Year (POTY) and many more.

From March 4 – March 13, 2022 for World Engineering Day, students too can purchase our latest software tools at 20% off to build their skills for great careers.  Already have SOLIDWORKS, you can get the cloud only apps in 3DEXPERIENCE SOLIDWORKS or build your skills with 3DEXPERIENCE Engineer with new functionality from SIMULIA  with advanced analysis tools.

Celebrate with the world.  Create designs that matter.  Marie
