SOLIDWORKS WORLD 2017 Are You Ready?

It’s calm Sunday morning before #SWW17.  But in a few hours, 1000’s of SOLIDWORKS customers, value added resellers and partners will be here.  So too will come the researchers, educators, and students.  If you are new to SOLIDWORKS WORLD, there is an education track just for you.

First download the SWW17 Mobile App so you can find  your schedule, events and maps. The SOLIDWORKS World Mobile App is available for both Apple iOS and Android devices.

On Sunday afternoon, come to the Tailgate party (yes Go Pats! but it will be fun for everyone).  Then move into the Product Showcase and the Partner Pavilion where the party will continue.

I’ll be with students from UCLA Baja and FSAE teams on Sunday night in the product showcase.

There will also be students from the Dos Pueblos Engineering Academy and the National Robotics League with student teams Bad Kitty,  Beaumonsters, Fast Electric Robots and Least Worst Robotics.

You will see Robo Rumble a live battle of combat robots highlighting engineering design and manufacturing right on stage at General Session Day 2.

SOLIDWORKS World is fortunate to feature great educators from all disciplines and grade levels speaking at the breakout sessions, like Cynthia Jourgensen, CSWP, presenting on the methods she developed to make education simpler and faster. Just select “Education” as the category on your SWW17 Mobile App. There are talks on curriculum, SOLIDWORKS Academic certification, job ready skills and more.
