SOLIDWORKS Simulation and SOLIDWORKS Sustainability Lead to College Acceptance

VIGNESHKUMAR KANNAN SolidWorks Simulation

When Vigneshkumar Kannan entered the SOLIDWORKS Green Design Contest using SOLIDWORKS, SOLIDWORKS Simulation and SOLIDWORKS Sustainability to design a chair, he learned on his own about designing with plastics.  His chair design lead to a letter of reference from my sustainability colleague,  Asheen Phansey.

Competing with 1000’s of students, we congratulate Vigneshkumar for passing his JEE entrance exam and being selected to pursue an engineering degree in plastics at the Central Institute of Plastics Engineering in Odisha, one of India’s elite governmental research institutions.

Here is a copy of the letter we received:

RESPECTED SIR,

I CLEARED CIPET JEE EXAM AND GOT SELECTED TO PURSUE M.TECH PLASTIC ENGINEERING IN CIPET(CENTRAL INSTITUTE OF PLASTIC ENGINEERING TECHNOLOGY) IN BHUBANESWAR, ODISHA .

SIR I THINK SOLIDWORKS GREEN DESIGN CONTEST IS SEED FOR THIS BECAUSE I STARTED TO STUDY ABOUT PLASTICS DURING THIS DESIGN CONTEST AND I BELIEVE , IT LEADED ME TO THIS LEVEL. YOUR COMMENDATION LETTER IS VERY USE FULL TO ME SIR,THANK YOU VERY MUCH SIR

CHEERS

VIGNESHKUMAR KANNAN

Thank you Vigneshkumar for sharing your letter with the SolidWorks Community. We wish you the best in your new engineering path.   Marie
