Product Design for a Multi Sport Practice Cage

Multi sport practice cage machine shop
Teaching product design concepts to students can be a challange.  One educator contacted me to say he is  using the Let's Go Design TV Project 1 series to show students the examples and challanges engineers face during the design process and discuss brainstorming, design reviews, and redesign.  This newest project, a multi-sport practice cage is now my favorite because it takes place at Assabet Valley Technical Vocational High School and students are directly involved.  They did a great job in the video.

These students also designed , machined and built a competitive robot ring for the National Robotics League Combact Robot competition.  The robot competition will be held at the Solomon Pond Mall, Marlboro, MA USA on Saturday Dec 4.  Good luck to all competitors!  Marie
