Hanging Out in "The OC"

I’ll be presenting at the LA/OC SolidWorks User Group meeting tonight after a three hour flight to LAX and likely a three hour drive across the LA Basin.  I’m going to be testing out my "What’s REALLY New in SolidWorks 2008" session.  But what I’m really looking forward to is hearing Kerri Dunne (at her first user group meeting) talk about SolidWorks World.  I always thought I was the biggest SWW geek, but I may in fact run a close second to Kerri.  You could tell how much she enjoys the event by listening to her SolidWorks World 2007 podcast.

Group leader Mike Puckett has invited his members managers to hear Kerri’s presentation so they can learn about all of the good reasons to send employees to SWW.  I think once they realize all of the benefits, we’ll see a hefty turnout of LA/OC group members in San Diego.
