SolidWorks Part Reviewer: Bulldozer Assembly

Bulldozer Assembly: This assembly contains 17 unique parts with 34 components total. There are four top level configurations. The Free Range configuration uses a limit mate to correctly restrict the blade’s movement. The other three configurations show lowered, middle and raised blade positions. Two display states are used to have an orange and yellow color options available in all four configurations.

This assembly contains mostly sheet metal parts with three parts having stamped, forming tool features. One sheet metal part has a new swept flange feature. The engine is a plastic part with drafted surfaces to help facilitate manufacturing.

All parts have material assigned. All the parts have comments in every feature. All sketches are fully defined. Almost all of the features in the parts are named with the exception of some of the fillets.

There is a short motion study showing the blade range of motion in the assembly.
