FIRST Global Challenge Dubai Inspires STEM Students and the World

The 2019 FIRST Global Challenge, held in Dubai, focuses attention on preserving our oceans and wildlife. High School teams from 190 countries participated in this robotics competition. FIRST Global and The Dubai Future Foundation gave students a life-changing experience as they prepare to be the future technology leaders for their countries.
No matter where we travel, we meet amazing students. Such was the case at Amsterdam Schiphol airport. Also going to Dubai on KLM was Team Denmark, FADDO.
As the winners of the Bhutan STEM Olympics, the Bhutan team represented their country well.
Our territory sales manager, Rafal Dabrowski, introduced us to this amazing city and even got to meet Dean Kamen!
Congratulations to Team USA, FTC 9879 Root Negative One, Springdale School District, Arkansas, winning a silver medal for the Katherine Johnson Award Engineering Documentation.
