For SOLIDWORKS Visualize users, photorealism is almost always the goal. One of the best ways to achieve this is to make the Visualize camera act like a real camera and lens. In this week’s Visualize Quick Tip, we cover the Bloom Filter available in Visualize Professional. Bloom is an artifact in physical cameras that causes a subtle glow around the bright areas of an image. It can easily be recreated using Visualize’s post-processing effects to add a whole new layer of realism – all controlled by simple sliders!
