Moment of Inertia Contest
Students will design a wheel with a 3 inch diameter to go down a 30 degree ramp with the smallest moment of inertia. Lesson includes operations for the wheel to be produced with a 3D Printer. The lesson will also work well for production on a computer driven lathe. Contributed by Leslie Trexler.
