Companies Step Up to Help Group Leaders

SolidWorks User Group leaders are special people, spending a lot of time to organize meetings, gather presentations, and keep their members informed about upcoming events.  Much of the time they spend is their own.  I’m reminded on occasion though that some of the companies that they work for offer an incredible amount of support.

Warren Whitten, Boston Area SolidWorks User Group leader sent me a note recently to let me know how much his company helps.

Richard,
I would like to say thanks to
TRU Corporation for all the support they have given me with regard to BASWUG.  TRU has allowed me the time I need to make arrangements for meetings, and have offered to host our upcoming June 13th meeting.  They’re even pitching in for the food.

Thank you TRU Corporation.

Warren Whitten
BASWUG President

It’s great to see that companies such as TRU Corporation understand the benefits of SolidWorks user groups – to their employees and to the fine people that run the group.
