It is hard to believe that 3DEXPERIENCE World 2025 is right around the corner, and we are super excited to see you all in Houston, February 23-26. If you haven’t registered, you can do so here or by clicking on the banner at the end of this blog. 

The Shop Floor area has always been one of the most dynamic areas of the Playground at 3DEXPERIENCE World, and this year is no different. For those who have not attended “World,” the Playground is the Innovation Hub of the entire event. You can read more about the Playground in this blog.

The Shop Floor is a bustling center of manufacturing innovation, showcasing the seamless integration of digital twins into the real world of production. Attendees will be treated to an immersive manufacturing experience that features solutions that can expand and grow for any size company.

The Shop Floor serves as a living laboratory where the latest manufacturing techniques are put into action, providing a hands-on understanding of the intersection between virtual design, manufacturing, MES/ERP, and physical production.

  • Ellison Technologies will be showcasing the DN Solutions DVF 5000. This powerhouse machine balances speed and strength, making it a standout in productivity and reliability. The 5-axis mill excels at producing intricate, complex parts with precision. Watch as it brings custom designs from SOLIDWORKS to life, showcasing the seamless blend of additive and subtractive manufacturing.
  • Our longtime partner Tormach is also back, bringing its 1500MX CNC paired with the ZA6 robot to demonstrate a fully automated machining workflow. This powerful duo highlights how precision CNC machining integrates seamlessly with robotic automation to enhance efficiency and productivity. (We’ll keep what’s being milled as a surprise for now!)

Spotlight on Automation

Automation is everywhere in manufacturing right now, and we’re diving in headfirst. This year, you’ll get to see:

  • BlueBay Automation will be upfront and center in the Shop Floor with its Spartan Robotics system, showcasing how seamlessly it integrates with DELMIA’s offline programming tools.
