Pirates on the Bay User Group Meeting
The uniquely named Pirates on the Bay SolidWorks User Group will hold its first meeting on April 26th at an equally unique venue – GameWorks. I’ve seen user group meetings scheduled at hotels, colleges, parks, and even golf courses – but this is a first. Tampa area SolidWorks users will have a full evening of food, SolidWorks, and video games to satisfy their inner geekdom.
Group leader Sharon Keaton has set the bar high for the first meeting. I wonder how she’ll top it?
My official title is Senior User Advocacy & SolidWorks User Groups - but most people just call me "The User Group Guy". I've been a SolidWorks user since 1997, and was one of the founding members of the SWUGN Committee. Since starting the Central Texas SolidWorks User Group in 1999, my career path has led me to DS SolidWorks and a dream job supporting the SolidWorks User Group Network worldwide.
