Making Friends in the SolidWorks Community

Devon Sowell of 3D Design Solutions in Carlsbad, CA registered early for the SWUGN Summit.  While that’s not unusual, the Summit event he registered for was Boston, nearly 2600 miles from home.  I asked Devon what made him decide to attend the Boston event.

"The main reason I am attending is the opportunity to see some of my friends again.  I’ve been lucky to make many new friends within the SolidWorks Community.  SolidWorks users as a group are knowledgeable, helpful, and fun to be with."

Devon has also graciously offered to share some of his technical expertise with attendees at the SWUGN Summit – Boston.  If you are planning to attend, make sure you check out his weldments presentation.
