SolidWorks Motion: Part 6 – Creating a Motion Study

This part of the series explains how to create a new motion study. A motion study can be used to run simulations on an part or assembly. There are many practical applications for this. In the video below, the motion study will be simulated to determine the initial velocity needed for a cannon to shoot a cannonball at its target. This part focuses on setting up the motions study.
