New product ideas can come from everywhere, but in order for an idea to become a product or solution, there needs to be an understanding of how things are built.  Gabe Corbett understands how things are built, as he has a vast background in production.  Gabe now spends time consulting others on design, and is the top trainer on LinkedIn for SOLIDWORKS.  Gabe doesn’t spend time teaching just software functions, but stresses that designing any product must start with an understanding of how products are made.
