Creating Tomorrow’s Innovators (with Ben Nuebel, Cherry Creek Schools)
How are we preparing the next generation of engineers and innovators for success? It seems this generation uses all the latest technology, but do they have the skills to create tomorrow’s inventions.
There are many teachers who are focused on teaching tomorrow’s innovators, and Cherry Creek Schools, is one school that is working hard to set up their students for success. In this podcast, I speak with Ben Nuebel, who is a high school Engineering Technologies Teacher at Cherry Creek schools. He is also a Fab Lab Instructor who is passionate about training his students and helping them earn certifications, including SOLIDWORKS Certifications. Ben is responsible for teaching many SOLIDWORKS student experts.
Ben discusses the importance of finding an alternative to the traditional classroom environment, one with more hands-on skills training. Listen to find out what Ben has learned from teaching and growing his technology programs at Cherry Creek Schools.
