SOLIDWORKS INTERGALACTIC CONTEST

2) SolidWorksContestImage-01Presenting our very first intergalactic competition – the SolidWorks tutorial contest.

All you have to do is:

  1. Create a simple intergalactic-themed 3D object using SolidWorks – it can be a space fighter, droid, space vehicle, weapon or simply anything out-of-this-world!
  2. Document the step-by-step instructions on how you created it in a tutorial format, as seen in https://bit.ly/solidworkssantacard
  3. Attach the SolidWorks workfile and instructions document (.doc, .pages, .pdf files accepted) in an email to info@rhtdigitalmedia.com, with the subject title “SolidWorks Intergalactic Contest Entry” and include the following information:
    • Full Name
    • Phone Number
    • Mailing Address

Submission & Eligibility

  • The contest is only open to participants residing in Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam.
  • Employees of Dassault Systemes, their advertising and promotion agencies and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible.
  • The combined file size of the attachments must not exceed 10MB.
  • Only complete submissions made by 2359hrs (GMT+8), 29 January 2016, via email to info@rhtdigitalmedia.com will be considered.

Winner Selection & Prize

  • We reserve the right to choose the sole winner, and the tutorials to be featured on the SolidWorks APAC blog.
  • The Contest winner will receive one Bamboo Spark Smart Folio with Gadget Pocket; the prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash or other prizes and may be subject to availability.
  • The Contest winner will be contacted by February 2016 via the email address used for submission of the tutorial entry.
  • Tutorials featured on the blog will be attributed to the name of the creator as provided to us.
  • You must be the author and owner of the copyright of content entered. Dassault Systemes does not accept any liability for the publication of unlawfully reproduced work.

Organiser’s Rights and Liability

  • Dassault Systemes cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant entering the Contest or as a result of entering the Contest or accepting any prize.
  • By entering your tutorial, you grant Dassault Systemes the non-exclusive right to reproduce it and any of its contents for any purpose at any time in any media. For example, we may use it for publicity purposes on social media, or upload it onto the blog as a featured tutorial where members of public may download the work file.
  • By entering the Contest, you consent to the use of your work and name in any publicity carried out by Dassault Systemes, without any compensation.
  • Dassault Systemes’ decision on all matters relating to the Contest is final – Dassault Systemes reserves the right to amend and make changes to the Contest and exercise all edits, changes and cancellations to the Contest without prior notice.
