Thanks Don, and Goodbye for Now

I was in Wisconsin last week to formally present an award, and to say goodbye to the award recipient.  Don Glaske shared the SWUGN User Group Leader of the Year award with Chicago’s Denny Bahl, but wasn’t able to attend SOLIDWORKS World 2015 to receive it in person.  Don was watching the live stream, and I publicly announced that I would present his award in person.

Then….Don made a decision that was good for him, but precluded him from leading a SOLIDWORKS User Group.

Thanks for everything Don, and I’m sure we’ll see plenty of you at SOLIDWORKS User Group meetings in your new role.
