That’s how Western Mass SOLIDWORKS User Group leader John Matrishon described this weeks meeting.  He had a lot more to say, so I’ll let him.

Largest meeting to date; we had 56 RSVPs and I believe around 50 showed up!  Food was obliterated, including the special dessert; a giant Cannoli (had to do something special for GP)!   GP came out to Smith & Wesson and took a tour and did some product testing before we moved over to STCC for a jam packed audience.  GP kept them mesmerized with what is in store for the future, and the Students did a great job presenting their Geneva mechanism!  Follow that up with Earl Hasz who got some roars from the crowd, and John Hall excellent as always – it was a great meeting!  Lots of students and newbies showed up and many people told me how much they enjoyed it!  One new instructor from STCC told me it was the best meeting of this type he’s ever been to, and he actually learned stuff, didn’t even realize we were feeding them too!  Here are a few more photos. Great stuff!!

It’s been a couple of days of inspiration for me.  Feels really good to help out the students and expose them to world of SOLIDWORKS and just how tangible corporate is to the people using the software.  Just plain cool.
