Recorded Webinar: Project-Based Learning with DraftSight

On Wednesday, July 9, join DraftSight for a project-based learning webinar! (note: the recorded webinar is now available by clicking here)

What’s a project-based learning webinar? It’s an opportunity for you to learn while designing in DraftSight. Led by our resident 2D Bob Ross and DraftSight Senior User Experience Specialist Mark Lyons, this hour-long session will challenge you to create three DWG drawings in real-time.

Once registered, you will be provided with three seed files to get the lesson started. During the live webinar, Mark will use DraftSight to lead the group through the assignment. In one hour, you will learn how to design two “detail drawings” and one “assembly drawing” including:

  • An Open Mounting Bracket

You will complete this drawing by adding the slot, the counter bored holes, the welding symbol as well as the drawing border. Also, you will fully dimension this drawing.
