Magic Wands

It's not often that we see a father and son combination at a SolidWorks user group meeting, but when its Graham and Richard Wand, it's not that unusual.  Graham and Richard are long-time SolidWorks users, and have been involved in the SolidWorks Community as long as I can remember.

Both Wand's were in attendance at the Central Georgia SolidWorks User Group meeting last night.  Richard gave what is being described as a "terrific" session on Large Assembly Management to a good crowd in Warner Robbins.  I'll wager that Graham's presence gave Richard a little extra incentive to do a great job – who doesn't want to please their father?

So thank you gentlemen for your support of the SolidWorks Community and the SolidWorks User Group Network.

My official title is Senior User Advocacy & SolidWorks User Groups - but most people just call me "The User Group Guy". I've been a SolidWorks user since 1997, and was one of the founding members of the SWUGN Committee. Since starting the Central Texas SolidWorks User Group in 1999, my career path has led me to DS SolidWorks and a dream job supporting the SolidWorks User Group Network worldwide.
