SolidWorks World 2011 Partner Profile: Z Corporation

One of the things we've heard from SolidWorks World attendees over the past few years is that you'd like to learn more in advance about the SolidWorks partners who set up booths in the Partner Pavilion. So now through the end of SolidWorks World, we'll be posting a series of blog entries about some of the partners you might think about checking out, and the people who will be representing them. Today we hear from Z Corporation.

1. Tell us about Z Corporation
Z Corporation’s 3D technologies help product designers, engineers and architects create the right designs the first time. Professionals use ZPrinter 3D printers, ZBuilder Ultra rapid prototyping machines and ZScanner 3D laser scanners to compress the design cycle, generate new concepts, communicate clearly, foster collaboration, and reduce errors. These solutions span the entire 3D CAD/BIM design process from concept through design verification.

2. Why should SolidWorks World attendees visit your booth?
Attendees visiting Z Corp. booth #507 will see live demos of the ZPrinter 450, ZBuilder Ultra, ZScanner 700 CX; multicolor ZPrinted models and plastic ZBuilder prototypes. Booth visitors will see a variety of product videos, speak with Z Corp. executives and technical product experts, find a local dealer, and perhaps best of all, receive a free, multicolor ZPrinted model giveaway.

3. How can your products or services help make a SolidWorks user’s life easier?
ZPrinter® 3D printers quickly and affordably turn product designs into physical multicolor models, streamlining the design process, reducing errors and cutting costs.

ZBuilder rapid prototyping systems create highly detailed plastic prototypes for engineering design verification; enable late-stage verification of designs for form, fit and function prior to full-scale production; eliminate costly modifications to production tooling; and ultimately shorten time to market.

ZScanner® 3D laser scanners precisely capture physical surface data for import into 3D CAD software, creating aftermarket product designs fast and accurately.

4. How can customers connect with you at the show? How about before and after?
