Everything is bigger in Texas–including SolidWorks World #sww11
So setup for SolidWorks World 2011 is under way, and dozens of people are hard at work getting everything set up for the show to get started.I spent some time walking around the convention center this morning, watching everything starting to come together. I saw Jeremy Luchini and the Let's Go Design team getting the Ultimate CAD Chair put together, as well lots of other things in the Partner Pavilion. It's amazing to think that everything will be ready for attendees tomorrow evening.
Things officially kick off with the first general session on Monday morning. If you're following along from home, we'll be posting an update shortly after the session ends each day, along with pictures, and general session video later in the day. Speaking of general session, everything really is bigger in Texas, including the video screens. Check this out. Utterly massive.
You can also keep up with the action in real time by following the #sww11 hashtag on Twitter, and we'll be posting more pictures periodically via the SolidWorks World Twitter account. Even if you're not a Twitter user yourself, you can see what everyone else has to say. Another good option is to follow the news by visiting the SolidWorks World website, which rolls up all of the blog entries, tweets and forum posts related to the show.
Talk to you soon!
