One of the things we've heard from SolidWorks World attendees over the past few years is that you'd like to learn more in advance about the SolidWorks partners who set up booths in the Partner Pavilion. So now through January, we'll be posting a series of blog entries about some of the partners you might think about checking out, and the people who will be representing them.Today we hear from John Cogswell, Applications Engineer at Objet Geometries Inc.

1. Tell us about Objet.
Objet manufactures and sells cutting edge 3D printers for rapid prototyping applicable to nearly all industries. Objet provides several different product lines of 3D printers including the Objet Connex which gives the capability of printing multiple materials at once, including flexible and rigid materials simultaneously.

 

2. Why should SolidWorks World attendees visit your booth?
If you are looking for a way to really bring your designs to life, or to physically show your new ideas at a company design review, then Objet is a must see at this show. Objet can provide a solution to fill your needs and literally take your designs off the screen giving you the ability to hold them in your hand.

 

3. How can your products or services help make a SolidWorks user’s life easier?
By 3D printing your parts or designs, you are creating prototypes that can not only help form your ideas early in the design process, but can also assist in exposing design flaws before hitting production.
