A Nor'easter Brewing in September

A powerful Nor’easter can bring travel to a standstill, close city streets and make it nearly impossible to get anywhere for days.  Luckily, this particular storm won’t bring any snow.  The North Eastern SolidWorks User Conference is the brainchild of those wacky guys at CMNC-SWUG, and continues a year’s long tradition of several user groups getting together for the benefit of local SolidWorks users.

The one-day NESUC event boasts a strong lineup of presenters, including Rob Rodriguez, Mike LaFleche, John Hall, and a bevy of SolidWorks employees (location, location, location).  Throw in Seattle’s most infamous East Coast transplant Jeff Mirisola, and you’ve got a ton of reasons to attend.

The cost is low ($45), and the benefits are enormous.  Show your support by registering early so these guys don’t have to worry about having enough space (and food). Visit the NESWUC website for all the details.

My official title is Senior User Advocacy & SolidWorks User Groups - but most people just call me "The User Group Guy". I've been a SolidWorks user since 1997, and was one of the founding members of the SWUGN Committee. Since starting the Central Texas SolidWorks User Group in 1999, my career path has led me to DS SolidWorks and a dream job supporting the SolidWorks User Group Network worldwide.
