An ATL Record Turnout

The Atlanta Area SolidWorks User Group hosted its largest meeting ever as 60 people came out to see John McEleney in his final "Southern Swing" appearance.  Group leader Tom Ellis made sure it was a memorable night, serving up a great night as well as some really good barbecue.  The resellers were out in force as well and were instrumental in making sure the meeting was well attended.

John and I had a terrific three days this week.  Thanks again to the group leaders, resellers, local SolidWorks folks, and especially to the group members that came out to the meetings.  SolidWorks User Groups are enjoying a tremendous surge in popularity and I am glad to be a small part of it.

I've been a SolidWorks user since 1997, and was one of the founding members of the SWUGN Committee. Since starting the Central Texas SolidWorks User Group in 1999, my career path has led me to DS SolidWorks and a dream job supporting the SolidWorks User Group Network worldwide.
