SWUGN Summit – Denver

The SWUGN Summit series continues to gain momentum, this time with more than 90 participants in Denver, Colorado.  Bolstered by four presentations from local SolidWorks users, the session schedule was very well received.  The most popular session?  Kevin Van Liere’s (3 Dawn Consulting) drawings presentation, which drew nearly 80% of the attendees (causing a mad scramble for chairs).

Denver is the home of the Colorado SolidWorks User Group and the COSUG board members were a huge help in organizing and assisting with the event.  Special thanks to Cathy Ross and Paul Larsen for handling registration, and Gerald Davis for recruiting presenters and shooting the first ever SWUGN Summit video.

The success of the Denver Summit will undoubtedly call for a return engagement in 2007, but for now it’s off to Boston June 20th for the next event.
