This opens up a new session of SOLIDWORKS and will record all of the steps you take in SOLIDWORKS<center><a href=\"https:\/\/blog.dasisolutions.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/Rx3.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-4582\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.dasisolutions.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/Rx3.jpg\" alt=\"Rx Tool - Start Capture\" \/><\/a><\/center><\/li>\n<li>Open SOLIDWORKS Schematic and place the software on the same monitor covering the SOLIDWORKS software. Proceed with your problem capture, making sure that all dialog boxes show up on the same monitor as the software.<center><a href=\"https:\/\/blog-assets.solidworks.com\/uploads\/sites\/4\/image-for-blog.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-4583\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.dasisolutions.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/Rx4.jpg\" alt=\"SOLIDWORKS Rx Capture\" \/><\/a><\/center><\/li>\n<li>Make sure to add your PROJECT ARCHIVE to the files for the Rx.<\/li>\n<li>Once you end the recording, SOLIDWORKS will terminate to save the information that the Rx captured. This will bring you back to the Rx window where you have the option to add any of your SOLIDWORKS files in the zip file and also a description of your problem.<center><a href=\"https:\/\/blog.dasisolutions.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/Rx5.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-4584\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.dasisolutions.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/Rx5.png\" alt=\"SOLIDWORKS Rx Zip File\" width=\"511\" height=\"347\" \/><\/a><\/center><\/li>\n<li>Select &#8220;Package Files Now&#8221;, and save the zip file with all of the information to a specified location to be sent to Technical Support for review. Please have your HelpDesk request ID handy.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>If you do NOT have SOLIDWORKS on your system, then the RX Capture option is not available.
