Although SOLIDWORKS Visualize has many options to edit the background of your scene, sometimes you just want it to be transparent. This is incredibly useful, especially when combined with a photo editor such as Photoshop to add your render to an existing image. This happens all the time when creating marketing imagery for websites. In this week’s Visualize Quick Tip, we’ll show you how to output an image with a transparent background and explain why this can be useful to your workflow.
