Come meet the SolidWorks Technical Support team at SolidWorks World 2014

SolidWorks World offers a unique chance to meet with your SolidWorks crew.  Many departments of SolidWorks are represented, such as Marketing, Sales, R&D and Technical support of course. Look for the red shirts!

A good number of the SolidWorks Technical Support engineers you interact with throughout the year will be present, eager to meet you so you can finally put face on that familiar name or voice.

Whether you are usually in touch with us about CAD, EPDM, Electrical, Simulation or any other area of our family of software, stop by our Technical Support booth in the middle of the Dassault Systemes area of the Partner Pavilion. There will be a specialist of all these areas at all times during the opening hours of the Partner Pavilion.

Although SolidWorks World is not the time and place to actually solve technical issues (that what our teammates who stayed in the office will be doing Smiling smiley ), we’ll do everything we can to answer your questions on the fly. So if you are at SolidWorks World, do stop by and say hello.

Don’t miss out on this great opportunity to meet with your Technical Support team!

Sr. Technical Customer Support Engineer, SolidWorks, EMEA at DS SolidWorks Corp.
I have been a Tech Support engineer for Simulation products since 2002. I was previously a product manager at SRAC, the original makers of COSMOS for those who remember that time! ;-). I am currently in charge of the content of the certification exams for simulation products. I also initiated and still author the Simulation Knowledge Base and participate as much as possible in the expansion and evolution of the SolidWorks Knowledge Base. Finally, I handle the SolidWorks Support Monthly News blog.
