Because 3dl.tech makes prototypes for their clients, they have been able to experience many different industries. They have worked with laboratory equipment that simulates human organs, designed various types of electronic equipment enclosures, AR motorbike helmets, innovative air deflectors, produced jigs, fixtures, smartwatches, massage equipment, LED street lighting and more.<\/p>\n

While part of a two year incubator \u00a0Akademicki Inkubator Przedsi\u0119biorczo\u015bci Politechniki Wroc\u0142awskiej or in English, Wroclaw University of Science and Technology<\/a> Academic Business Incubator, 3dl.tech joined up with some other space-enthusiasts and competed in the NASA<\/a> 3D printed habitat challenge contest. Their concept of 3D printed Martian based habitat was selected for the finals at The NY World Maker Fair<\/a>. They competed alongside experienced professionals like, The European Space Agency<\/a> engineers, Columbia<\/a>\/Princeton<\/a> scientist team and Foster & Partner<\/a> architects.<\/p>\n

I got in touch with the Co-founder, mechanical engineer and 3D printing specialist, Piotr Gruber<\/strong>, about his experience with 3dl.tech, \u201cworking in 3dl.tech is developing and interesting for us mostly due to the various engineering tasks and use of Additive Manufacturing as a key tool to help our customers. Our entire team learned SOLIDWORKS while studying at Wroclaw University of Science & Technology<\/a>.
