It also has distance sensors to avoid collisions.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-7551\" src=\"https:\/\/blog-assets.solidworks.com\/uploads\/sites\/3\/Project-VOLAT-2.png\" alt=\"Project VOLAT 2\" width=\"415\" height=\"222\" \/><\/p>\n<p>SOLIDWORKS was used to design the structure that houses the electronics, legs and upper cover. CATIA V6 was used to analyze the design in turn to define break points. SOLIDWORKS also confirmed areas and centers of gravity in the chassis assembly of the aircraft.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-7549\" src=\"https:\/\/blog-assets.solidworks.com\/uploads\/sites\/3\/Mechanical-Wrist-Watch-3.png\" alt=\"Mechanical Wrist Watch 3\" width=\"412\" height=\"331\" \/><br \/>\n<strong>Project Mechanical Wrist Watches Collection &#8211;<\/strong> Motion by <strong>Mariusz Jablonski<\/strong>, Politechnika Bialostocka, Poland, \u00a0presented a mechanical wrist watches collection &#8211; Motion, which consist four remarkable and unique watches: The Engine, The Gear, The Train and The Pump.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-7548\" src=\"https:\/\/blog-assets.solidworks.com\/uploads\/sites\/3\/Mechanical-Wrist-Watch-2.png\" alt=\"Mechanical Wrist Watch 2\" width=\"408\" height=\"327\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Each watch presents different mechanism on dial. Jan was always interested in working mechanical watches, the most beautiful and sophisticated piece of engineering. The mechanisms used in watches are designed according to his own concept. Shape and arrangement of parts are unique.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-7547\" src=\"https:\/\/blog-assets.solidworks.com\/uploads\/sites\/3\/Mechanical-Wrist-Watch-1.png\" alt=\"Mechanical Wrist Watch 1\" width=\"385\" height=\"308\" \/><\/p>\n<p>This project took II place in XIII edition of SolidWorks Student Project Contest, organized by <strong>CNS Solutions<\/strong> from Warsaw (Poland) and I placed in &#8220;You Can Design&#8221; contest organized by<strong> SolidExpert<\/strong> from Krakow (Poland).<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-7556\" src=\"https:\/\/blog-assets.solidworks.com\/uploads\/sites\/3\/Robot-Arm-for-Injection-modeling-machine.jpg\" alt=\"Robot Arm for Injection modeling machine\" width=\"377\" height=\"367\" srcset=\"https:\/\/blog-assets.solidworks.com\/uploads\/sites\/3\/Robot-Arm-for-Injection-modeling-machine.jpg 338w, https:\/\/blog-assets.solidworks.com\/uploads\/sites\/3\/Robot-Arm-for-Injection-modeling-machine-300x292.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 377px) 100vw, 377px\" \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Project Robot Arm for Injection Molding Machine<\/strong> by <strong>Tran <\/strong><strong>Uyentmt &amp; team<\/strong>, University of Technical Education Ho Chi Minh City, designed and manufactured a Robot Arm for Injection Molding Machine. This is the Final Student&#8217;s Project to finish Diploma Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Our After 6 months learning with SOLIDWORKS, \u00a0the team stated, \u201cwe found that it is so easy for us to design our project by SOLIDWORKS.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-7555\" src=\"https:\/\/blog-assets.solidworks.com\/uploads\/sites\/3\/Renault-Alpine3.png.jpg\" alt=\"Renault Alpine3.png\" width=\"376\" height=\"215\" srcset=\"https:\/\/blog-assets.solidworks.com\/uploads\/sites\/3\/Renault-Alpine3.png.jpg 329w, https:\/\/blog-assets.solidworks.com\/uploads\/sites\/3\/Renault-Alpine3.png-300x171.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 376px) 100vw, 376px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Project Renault Alpine<\/strong> A110 1600S (1971 &#8211; Rally Edition) was created by <strong>Ricardo S., Miguel T., Filipe C. &amp; Pedro B<\/strong>, a team of 4 Mechanical Engineering students from Universidade de Aveiro, Portugal. In the past 4 months, this team had the opportunity to use SOLIDWORKS in context of a course \u00a0named, Conception and Computer Aided Manufacturing. This was their first contact with the software.\u00a0 Their project is based on Reverse Engineering.
