My engineering colleague, Christian Blanc presented to the awards.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/blog-assets.solidworks.com\/uploads\/sites\/3\/6a00d83451706569e201538f8879c3970b.jpg\" style=\"display: inline;\"><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"Asee students 3\" border=\"0\" class=\"asset  asset-image at-xid-6a00d83451706569e201538f8879c3970b image-full\" src=\"https:\/\/blog-assets.solidworks.com\/uploads\/sites\/3\/6a00d83451706569e201538f8879c3970b-800wi.jpg\" title=\"Asee students 3\" \/><\/a>&#0160;<\/p>\n<p>I bought the students pizza.<\/p>\n<p>On Tuesday, the ASEE\/Society of Manufacturing Engineers and SolidWorks sponsored the Design and Manufacturing competition featuring a Hand Assisting Device.&#0160; My engineering colleague Mike Leary was a judge and it was a tough deliberation.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/blog-assets.solidworks.com\/uploads\/sites\/3\/6a00d83451706569e2014e897bcde5970d.jpg\" style=\"display: inline;\"><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"Mike judging at ASEE\" border=\"0\" class=\"asset  asset-image at-xid-6a00d83451706569e2014e897bcde5970d image-full\" src=\"https:\/\/blog-assets.solidworks.com\/uploads\/sites\/3\/6a00d83451706569e2014e897bcde5970d-800wi.jpg\" title=\"Mike judging at ASEE\" \/><\/a>&#0160;<\/p>\n<p>Congratulations to all the students and their mentors&#0160;that have done so well in their papers, posters and contests.
