I do love robots and when robots go underwater to compete, amazing things happen.  Congratulations to all the teams from around the world that participated in the 2011 AUVSI RoboSub <\/a>competition in San Diego last week.  This year's winner is \u00c9cole de Technologie Sup\u00e9rieure, of Montreal, Canada.  Their SolidWorks models were amazing and so was team SONIA's perseverance.  Team SONIA<\/a>, (Syst\u00e8me d\u2019op\u00e9ration nautique intelligent et autonome??)  ?french acronym for intelligent and autonomous underwater system, has  been involved with AUVSI for 11 years.<\/p>\n

<\/a> SONIA has always done really well in past AUVSI competitions, but this year took first place.\"Sonia-leak-test\"<\/a> <\/p>\n
