The SOLIDWORKS xDesign Challenge for FRC Teams is in full swing! To help FIRST Robotics Competition teams make their moon landers all they can be, SOLIDWORKS xDesign intern Nikhil Potabatti created a moon lander in xDesign and created this video detailing how to add colors and images to models. It’s full of great tips and tricks, and any SOLIDWORKS xDesign user will learn something useful!
The submission deadline for the SOLIDWORKS xDesign Challenge for FRC Teams is December 7. We can’t wait to see all the interstellar designs! Shoot for the moon!
The SOLIDWORKS xDesign Challenge for FRC Teams is open only to eligible FIRST Robotics Competition teams, registered for the 2018/2019 FIRST Robotics Competition season, located in the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, with at least 1 adult mentor and a minimum of 5 student team members 14+.
