SOLIDWORKS World – Education Breakouts Feature Student Success Stories
SOLIDWORKS World 2018 February 4-8, Los Angeles, CA brings educators and researchers to share student success stories at all levels of instructions.
We are fortunate this year to have Paul Clinton and Ben Nubel from Engineering Technology teachers from Cherokee Trail High School.
Their breakout session, “Design and Fabrication Projects using SOLIDWORKS” will show student examples from engineering to art as they prepare graduates for higher education and job-ready skills for our SOLIDWORKS commercial customers.
Cherokee Trail High School is a SOLIDWORKS Academic Certification Provider. Their students not only take the Certified SOLIDWORKS Associate Exam (CSWA) but also the Certified SOLIDWORKS Professional (CSWP) Exams and Advanced Exams.
In 2016, student Chris Dosen took the Certified SOLIDWORKS Expert (CSWE) Exam and received a perfect score! In 2014, student Nick Johnson also achieved CSWE.
Cherokee Trial students compete in regional and national events including Technology Student Assoication (TSA) and VEX Robotics Competition.
You can meet Paul and Ben at SOLIDWORKS World. See you soon! Marie
