A new SolidWorks STEM tutorial for the Junior Solar Sprint car has been developed by teacher Pat Haley, Cuda Country.
Partners Technology Student Association (TSA) and Army Education Outreach Program (AEOP) bring the JSS model solar car competition to many schools.
Some highlights of the new JSS tutorials include:
A sheet metal Motor Mounting Bracket with sketch bends, jogs and a forming tool.
Gears from SOLIDWORKS Toolbox.
Angle Mate is used to pivot solar panel in ball slot. A special thanks to SolidWorks’ Ryan and Fred for helping Pat with this very cool mate.
