SolidWorks Japan Starts Young Engineers At Age 9

SolidWorks Japan Kids Week Assembly
SolidWorks Japan has raised the bar in engineering education.   My Japanese colleagues have introduced SolidWorks to students starting at age 9 during "Kids Engineer" in Yokohama.

Organized by the Society of Automotive Engineers of Japan and major Japanese automobile companies, elementary school children explored fun ways to learn about engineering during the Kids Engineer event.

One of the kids stated he was little nervous at first.  Could he create the car design? After a few minutes, he realized 3D CAD modeling was so much fun.

SolidWorks Japan engaged FSAE students to help as teaching assistants during Kids Week.
