aplicaci\u00f3n de esta es como se realiza el calculo manual para el desarrollo del desplegado.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"ES-MX\"><span style=\"color: #000000;font-family: Calibri;font-size: medium\">Para comenzar debemos familiarizarnos con los t\u00e9rminos que se utilizan de donde tenemos:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>El radio de pliegue<\/strong> de un dise\u00f1o de chapa met\u00e1lica se basar\u00e1 en el espesor de la pared de la pieza y en las herramientas disponibles.<\/li>\n<li><strong>La Deducci\u00f3n de Pliegue o Tolerancia de Pliegue<\/strong> que es el fen\u00f3meno de estiramiento de chapa met\u00e1lica en la regi\u00f3n de pliegue<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/blog-assets.solidworks.com\/uploads\/sites\/15\/2019\/07\/Imagen1.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-2773\" ve la fibra neutra de pliegue (l\u00ednea azul y l\u00ednea roja) en base al factor K designado, recordemos que la fibra neutra de pliegue o neutral axis es la regi\u00f3n en la chapa met\u00e1lica que no sufre deformaciones de ning\u00fan tipo al doblarse el material, por lo cual, si logramos identificar esta fibra neutra y posteriormente calcular su longitud, esta ser\u00e1 la longitud total de la chapa desplegada.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"ES-MX\"><span style=\"color: #000000;font-family: Calibri;font-size: medium\">Teniendo en cuenta los datos anteriores la manera de calcular el desarrollo de desplegado de la chapa met\u00e1lica en SOLIDWORKS es de la siguiente manera.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"ES-MX\"><span style=\"color: #000000;font-family: Calibri;font-size: medium\">Con lo anterior podemos deducir la manera en como se realiza el c\u00e1lculo, exceptuando que nos falta un valor el Bend Allowance o la Tolerancia de Pliegue de la cual ya
