{"id":2177,"date":"2019-04-24T15:57:26","date_gmt":"2019-04-24T15:57:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blogs.solidworks.com\/solidworkslatamyesp\/?p=2177"},"modified":"2019-04-29T13:47:30","modified_gmt":"2019-04-29T13:47:30","slug":"optimizacion-de-geometria-mediante-solidworks-topology","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.solidworks.com\/solidworkslatamyesp\/solidworks-blog\/simulacion\/solidworks_simulation\/optimizacion-de-geometria-mediante-solidworks-topology\/","title":{"rendered":"Optimizaci\u00f3n de geometr\u00eda mediante SOLIDWORKS Topology"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Una de las m\u00e1s grandes novedades en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os fue el an\u00e1lisis topol\u00f3gico, el cual se integr\u00f3 a SW Simulation Professional y SW Simulation Premium en el a\u00f1o 2018, el fin de este estudio es modificar nuestra geometr\u00eda a partir de un objetivo de optimizaci\u00f3n y de ciertos requerimientos de dise\u00f1o. Teniendo nuestros datos de entrada definidos un algoritmo nos brindara una optimizaci\u00f3n no param\u00e9trica de la geometr\u00eda lo cual quiere decir, que el software se encargar\u00e1 de encontrar la mejor geometr\u00eda cumpliendo los par\u00e1metros brindados, permiti\u00e9ndonos disminuir el material usado.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>\u00bfComo funciona SOLIDWORKS Topology?<\/h4>\n<p>En general el concepto de estudio topol\u00f3gico permite obtener piezas desde cero agregando material y a su vez quit\u00e1ndolo, lo que permite que en cada iteraci\u00f3n se obtenga un nuevo dise\u00f1o optimizado, por lo tanto, el estudio topol\u00f3gico puede realizar una optimizaci\u00f3n basado en algoritmos aditivos o substractivos, espec\u00edficamente SOLIDWORKS Simulation utiliza un m\u00e9todo sustractivo el cual se basa en Tosca, el cual es el software de optimizaci\u00f3n de SIMULIA.<\/p>\n<p>Por ejemplo, necesitamos dise\u00f1ar un soporte de ABS, en el cual act\u00faa una fuerza de 500 N sobre una superficie de 150 x 250 CM y todo a su vez se soporta sobre una cara de 116 x 160 CM con cuatro tornillos M12.<br \/>\nEn primera instancia se dise\u00f1a la geometr\u00eda base.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/blog-assets.solidworks.com\/uploads\/sites\/15\/2019\/04\/1.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter tanto con dicha herramienta, generamos las caras sobre las cuales actuar\u00e1 la fuerza y la cara que servir\u00e1 como soporte.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_2180\" class=\"thumbnail secciones que definir:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Solidos<\/li>\n<li>Conexiones<\/li>\n<li>Sujeciones<\/li>\n<li>Cargas externas<\/li>\n<li>Objetivos y restricciones<\/li>\n<li>Controles de fabricaci\u00f3n<\/li>\n<li>Malla<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Definimos el material como ABS para el S\u00f3lido y debido a que estamos analizando un componente pasamos por alto el \u00edtem de conexiones.<\/p>\n<p>Dentro de Sujeciones definimos como geometr\u00eda fija la cara que servir\u00e1 como soporte.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a peso\u201d definiremos como objetivo la reducci\u00f3n de la masa a el 70% de la masa.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Finalmente, Dentro de la secci\u00f3n de controles de fabricaci\u00f3n debemos definir que regiones debemos conservar y de qu\u00e9 manera se realizara el desmoldeo, estos par\u00e1metros sirven para orientar la obtenci\u00f3n de la geometr\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<figure
