\nchannel\u2019s female movers and shakers.
<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/o:p><\/span><\/span>CRN <\/span><\/em>has
\nnamed Sabine Gossart, DS SolidWorks\u2019 vice president, worldwide channel marketing
\nand <\/span>MCAD Technologies<\/span><\/a>
\nCEO Sue Evans to its <\/span>Power
\n100: The Most Powerful Women of the Channel<\/span><\/a> 2010 list.

\"Sue_photo\"<\/a><\/span><\/span>Sue Eva<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>ns
\nowns the only female-led SolidWorks reseller, Colo.-based MCAD Technologies.
\nShe founded the company 17 years ago when male domination of the engineering
\nindustry was still in full bloom, and has since built the company into a four-state
\noperation reselling SolidWorks software in Colorado, New Mexico, Wyoming, and
\nWashington. DS SolidWorks recognized MCAD as one of its top 10 resellers in
\n2009, and named Evans to its Presidents Club. Evans advocates a no-nonsense
\nformula for women who want to succeed in engineering and software: work ethic,
\nhonesty, morals, confidence in their own abilities, and a healthy disregard for
\nlimits on their potential.<\/o:p><\/span><\/span> <\/p>\n

Sabine Gossart
\nhas been in charge of DS SolidWorks\u2019 channel marketing operation since 2004,
\nand has been with DS SolidWorks since 1995. In the past year alone, she has instituted
\nprograms that have increased resellers\u2019 lead generation capabilities by more
\nthan 30 percent; trained them in realizing a higher return on their marketing
\ninvestments; and evaluated their websites for consistent branding and search
\nengine optimization. Later this year Gossart\u2019s team will introduce online
\nmarketing training and certification which will greatly increase the reach of
\nthe organization globally to all its reseller marketing employees. Gossart\u2019s
\nkey piece of advice to women on the move is unapologetically pragmatic: Set
\ngoals for yourself and go after them. Don\u2019t wait for others to do that for you.
\nVolunteer to take on new projects and show results. Initiative and results are
