When I used to train users from around the world on how to use SOLIDWORKS products, I was often struck by both the differences and<\/em> the commonalities that existed between members of our user community.<\/p>\n

Their backgrounds, the work they did, and how they found themselves in my classrooms \u2013 these were the things I found most interesting to hear about.<\/p>\n

In many cases, if any of my students were to look to their left or their right, they would be looking at someone who had traveled a different path than they had. But they\u2019d also be looking at someone who, beyond these surface level details, held quite a bit in common with them.<\/p>\n

A thirst for knowledge. A desire to grow their skills. A spirit of persistence. Unique perspectives.<\/p>\n
