After Physics is set up, use the Shake tool to randomize or jitter the selected elements. This helps to add a natural touch to stacked plates, or rearrange pens in a cup, without having to manually move each part individually, saving loads of scene setup time. There\u2019s also saved Simulation States for you to choose which \u201cshake\u201d effect you like best to move to final render.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/blog-assets.solidworks.com\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2018\/11\/integrated20physics20engine.jpg\" width=\"700\" height=\"382\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Vehicle Driving Simulator<\/strong> (Professional only)<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Vehicle designers and engineers will <i>certainly\u00a0<\/i>be happy about this one! Also using the NVIDIA PhysX engine, we\u2019ve added a new Vehicle Driving Simulator to create driving footage or dynamic still shots of vehicles that don\u2019t even exist yet. It&#8217;s easy to set up with the new Vehicle Setup wizard. You can use your keyboard or even plug in an Xbox controller and drive your car concept throughout your scene, while recording the result for photo-quality driving footage! Or simply use the handy &#8220;Wheel Turn&#8221; slider [visible after you complete the wizard] to add drama to your final composition.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/blog-assets.solidworks.com\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2018\/11\/vehicle20driving20simulator.jpg\" width=\"700\" height=\"379\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Video Decals<\/strong> (Professional only)<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0Import videos or image sequences directly into Visualize Pro, creating vivid animations of products with LED screens, like laptops, consumer electronics, car navigation screens, or airline headsets.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/blog-assets.solidworks.com\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2018\/11\/video20decals.jpg\" width=\"700\" height=\"NaN\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Improved Decal Support<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Now you have much more control over decal mapping and exact positioning, providing a stress-free Decal experience. We\u2019ve also added new Decal Mapping modes directly within Visualize, so you no longer have to use the Multi-Layer workaround to have a Decal wrap around a cylinder \u2013 just choose \u2018Cylindrical\u2019 from the \u2018Decal Mapping Mode\u2019 dropdown. Also, we now have support for all types of Decals coming from SOLIDWORKS CAD!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/blog-assets.solidworks.com\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2018\/11\/improved20decal20support.jpg\" width=\"700\" height=\"NaN\" \/><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.solidworks.com\/tech\/2018\/10\/enhanced-material-support-for-visualize-2019.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Enhanced Material support<\/strong><\/a> (PBR &amp; NVIDIA MDL)<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Don\u2019t want to painstakingly create your own custom materials from scratch, but want to use your company\u2019s existing database of materials\/textures or those you\u2019ve found via online websites or communities?\u00a0 We\u2019ve added two new advanced Appearance Types (PBR &amp; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nvidia.com\/en-us\/design-visualization\/technologies\/material-definition-language\/\">NVIDIA MDL<\/a>) to give you greater flexibility and creativity to import industry-standard materials.
