Even though we’re still a couple of months away, it’s never too early to start planning for your\u00a0four or\u00a0five days in the sun.\u00a0 A good place to start is the SOLIDWORKS World Survival Guide<\/a>, written several years ago my John “Muggs” Ferguson.<\/p>\n If you haven’t registered<\/a> yet, it’ll be best to do so before January 9th when the price goes up again.\u00a0 Taking advantage of some of the discounts is also a good idea – 3 for the price of 2, CSWP discounts, and Educator passes are still available.<\/p>\n If you have registered, then you know that session selection has started.\u00a0 It’s important to pre-select the sessions that you think you will attend, as it gives us information that we need to plan for room size and\/or repeated sessions.\u00a0 If you haven’t had a chance to sign up for\u00a0some of the “Hands-On” sessions, you might have waited too long – they do fill up quickly.<\/p>\n In the coming days and weeks I’ll highlight some of the terrific speakers, SWUGN leaders, SOLIDWORKS employees, and special guests that make SOLIDWORKS World the greatest 3D CAD conference in the world.<\/p>\n I hope to see you there!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" With an average high temperature of 71 degrees in February, Phoenix is a great place to spend a few winter days.\u00a0 The fact that SOLIDWORKS World 2015 will be held there just makes it better, don’t you think?
